Coming back slow

I have been on a project for a few months and the time has been almost non existence, I will be posting a little more in the future and try to get back in the groove of this. My health is still on the down side, to go along with everything else that is wrong with me , I now have played host to Arthur rite us in both knees, it sure does hurt and keeps me up at night.
